Australia is a vast country - the world's 6th largest. Australia is known for attractions such as stunning white sand beaches, the world's largest coral reef, the iconic rock: Uluru and some its large cities, particularly Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane.

English is overwhelmingly the dominant language. While Australia is made up of people with many different language backgrounds, these are not widely spoken.

There are several major train services connecting the major capitals of Australia, though these are slower than european services such as the french TGV, there is a lot more unpopulated area between cities meaning slower moving trains are a must.
